Our Board Members
Mindy Jones
Mindy Jones brings more than 20 years of professional experience across education, coaching, business leadership, speaking, writing, and community building. Based in Arizona, she is a dynamic leader known for creating meaningful impact through intentional leadership and collaboration.
As President of the Board for Community on Purpose, the nonprofit she founded to serve women and families, Mindy leads the organization’s vision, strategy, and growth with a deep commitment to connection, purpose, and sustainable community impact. She is also the host of the Community on Purpose podcast, highlighting women who are intentionally creating community in their personal and professional lives.
In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Mindy serves as the leader of the Amy Jones Group, an all-female owned and operated residential real estate team, co-founder of the Community Builders Coaching program for entrepreneurs, and an Exactly What to Say® Certified Guide. She creates custom coaching programs, facilitates in-person and virtual workshops, and is a sought-after keynote speaker on leadership development, community building, and navigating critical conversations.
Mindy’s strategic insight, motivational presence, and heart for service continue to shape Community on Purpose as a trusted organization dedicated to empowering women, strengthening families, and building communities that truly thrive.
Sybil Imel
Jennifer Glaab
Jennifer Glaab is a passionate community member with over 15 years of experience in the corporate world as an executive recruiter, specializing in leadership-level roles for top Fortune 500 organizations. In addition, she is the co-owner of Home Stretch Phoenix East Valley, a home prep company that partners with realtors and their clients to get homes market-ready and provides light remodel services after move-in. Jennifer also helped launch Kidz on the Run, a charity in Oregon dedicated to supporting children and families battling childhood illnesses. Outside of work, Jennifer treasures time with her husband, Jim, and their two boys, Jimmy and Joey. As an active soccer family, they spend much of their time on the field, and Jennifer personally enjoys marathons, triathlons, hiking, Pilates, home remodeling and interior design, and time with their dog, Lexy.
Lisa Mont-Ros
Lisa Mont-Ros is an AI strategist, business consultant, and co-founder of Strategy Ninjas. A serial entrepreneur, she and her husband built and sold a 7-figure company, giving her a deep understanding of what it takes to grow and scale a business.
Lisa specializes in turning chaos into clarity, helping entrepreneurs and teams leverage AI and smart systems to work smarter, not harder. She’s passionate about equipping others with practical tools and strategies that create real, lasting impact.
When she’s not helping businesses grow, Lisa loves spending time with her husband and five kids or chasing new challenges at the gym
Brittany Master
Brittany Master is an Arizona native and the founder of School Search Consulting, a business she launched after seeing how overwhelmed parents felt navigating school choices for their kids. As a mom, former teacher, and curriculum writer, Brittany combines her personal and professional experience to help families find the right educational environment where their children can thrive.
Passionate about education and her community, Brittany loves guiding parents through an often stressful process with clarity and confidence. When she’s not connecting families to schools, she’s spending time with her husband and kids or building relationships with local educators and small business owners.
Morgan Benson
Morgan Benson: Morgan Benson is a REALTOR® with the Amy Jones Group, where she’s passionate about guiding clients through one of life’s biggest transitions with care and purpose. Her work extends beyond real estate through Community on Purpose, where she’s honored to serve alongside her team in supporting local families and organizations, creating meaningful connections, and giving back to the community she loves.
With the unwavering support of her husband and as a proud mom of three, Morgan brings her kids along whenever she can—showing them firsthand what it looks like to make a difference and to serve others in real and lasting ways.
Lisa O’Hearn
Lisa O’Hearn is a cabi Stylist and leader who helps women look and feel their best while building lives of purpose and freedom. After years as a corporate executive, Lisa traded burnout for balance, launching a business that combines her love of fashion with her passion for empowering women.
Through cabi, Lisa brings style, confidence, and community to women while also giving back—supporting local nonprofits and funding microloans for female entrepreneurs around the world. She’s built a coast-to-coast team united by a shared mission: fashion with heart and a business with impact.
When she’s not styling clients or mentoring other women, Lisa loves connecting with her community and inspiring others to design a life they truly love.
Kirsten Newkirk
Kirsten Newkirk is a graphic designer with over 20 years of experience creating thoughtful, effective visual communications. She has spent her career working alongside women-led teams to deliver top-notch design solutions for a wide range of clients and organizations. Kirsten believes that strong design has the power to ignite ideas, provide clarity, and give meaningful direction to any message.
Deeply passionate about community and education, Kirsten values collaboration and connection in all aspects of her work. She believes that the best outcomes are always achieved through teamwork and brings a collaborative, people-centered perspective to every role she undertakes.
