Community on Purpose is proud to announce the return of one of our most transformational events — a full-day experience designed to support women who are stepping into a new chapter of their professional lives.

In partnership with cabi Clothing, this special event will provide 40 selected women with the tools, confidence, and community support to move forward with purpose.

Each participant will receive:

 4–6 brand-new cabi wardrobe pieces to build a professional foundation
 Hair styling + professional makeup
 A high-quality headshot session
 Workshops focused on confidence, career readiness, and next steps
 Connection with a supportive community that believes in your future

This experience is designed for women who are:

• Re-entering the workforce
• Transitioning to a new career after education or training
• Starting or rebuilding a business
• Returning after caregiving or life transitions
• Ready for a fresh start but need support getting there

Our goal is simple: to remove barriers, restore confidence, and help women walk into their next opportunity prepared and empowered.

Because of the deeply personal nature of this event, participation is limited to 40 women, selected through an application process.
